What is the Sorandi mirror?
The Sorandi mirror is a tri-fold LED vanity mirror with three adjustable panels, giving you a full 180-degree view for makeup, hair, and grooming.
How do I charge my mirror?
Your mirror comes with a USB charging cable. Simply connect it to the charging port on the base and plug it into any USB power source.
Can I adjust the lighting?
Yes. The touch controls let you power the mirror on and off and cycle through brightness settings to find the lighting that works best for you.
Do the side panels fold and tilt?
Yes. Each side panel can be folded and tilted independently, so you can angle them for hair, makeup, or a full side profile view
What's included in the box?
Your order includes the tri-fold mirror, a USB charging cable, and care instructions.
How long does shipping take?
- Processing Period: Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. During periods of increased demand or unexpected operational circumstances, additional processing time may be required.
- Estimated Transit Period: Once an order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 business days, Monday through Friday.
What is your return policy?
- Eligible Return Period: 90 days from the date your order is delivered
Eligibility for Returns If you decide to return an item, your request must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date. Before sending anything back, contact us at info@sorandi.com and provide the relevant order information. Returned merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging and tags.
